 | The Outfit Media Group, a young Hollywood production company whose clients include Eminem, 50 Cent, Audio Slave, and The Pussycat Dolls, came to us in search of an identity. Our task was to help them define what makes them different from other companies in their field.
The Outfit is a bit of an anomaly within their industry. While most smaller production companies specialize in a narrow range of services, The Outfit's collective experience and resources allows them to meet virtually any production need— a uniquely broad range of abilities for an independent production company.
The key to the group's success is that each partner brings with him specific expertise, style and resources while at the same time sharing a common vision for the company. That became the key message we focused on communicating in crafting the group's identity. We simplified the brand message to "Multiple abilities / Singular Vision," and stressed the group's nature as an anomaly, resulting in a truly distinctive identity. Unconventional production techniques further express that promise, and serve as an introduction to the company's youthful culture.
