Geoff Peveto

Geoff strolled leisurely through academia before moving to Austin in the '90s and publishing Peterbelly, an arts and music magazine. In 2001 Geoff founded Factor27, a collaborative design studio featured in publications by Taschen, Print, Communication Arts, Swag, and The Art Of Modern Rock. In 2002 he worked with Frank Kozik to found the American Poster Institute and organize the inaugural Flatstock Poster Conference which he ran for 12 years.

In addition to manning the helm of The Decoder Ring, Geoff owns Frank, an artisan porkhouse in Austin and San Antonio specializing in hot dogs and cold beer. He is also the Director of AIGA Austin Design Ranch and resides on the Board of Directors of Project Loop, A non profit to benefit youth through lessons in creativity, exercise, and hard work in a real world experience outside the classroom.
